 First step : 

Click create website  

Second Step : 

Type blog address to check availability

Third Step : 

Type your email address, User Name and Password.

 Fourth Step :

 In this option we will choose the theme for our blog
 Click any one theme for next step

Fifth Step :

 In this step we will choose the plane of our domain, here we have Three types of plan first one is for Beginner, second one is for Premium, which is paid and last one is Business,that is also payable. So if we going to make free blog then we choose the first option Beginner. Click on select free
